Accessing Your HSS Records
You can access your Hospital for Special Surgery (HSS) medical records online through the MyHSS patient portal, or by contacting the Health Information Management Department directly.
Access online
Log in to the MyHSS portal to view test results, visit summaries, and past appointment notes, or to request copies of your records.

Call (212) 606-1254, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm, for assistance with your records. Fees may apply for copying and mailing physical copies.
Radiology
Call (212) 606-1134 if you need specific radiology images or films.
Patient Billing
Call (844) 252-1772 or (212) 606-1772 for billing or account questions.
