My HSS Portal

Our office strives to be paperless as much as possible, particularly since the COVID-19 pandemic as we try to minimize the use of physical materials for our patients and time spent in the waiting room filling out paperwork. Therefore, prior to your office appointment, it is imperative that you set up your MyHSS online portal for completing patient intake forms, uploading outside imaging studies, and checking your diagnostic results. This significantly reduces the amount of time our clinic staff needs to get you ready to see Dr. Kunze — thus minimizing wait time.
